QHHT® | BQH
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) is a hypnosis technique created by Dolores Cannon, who in her career spanning almost 50 years, became a significant voice and pioneer in past life regression. Dolores passed away in 2014, yet her teachings are continuing to help millions of people worldwide. BQH or Beyond Quantum Healing, developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, is a heart-based modality and focuses upon a creative, energetic approach to assist clients in self healing. BQH is heavily influenced by Dolores Cannon’s work, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Where QHHT focuses solely on the healing through the hypnosis technique, BQH allows for integration of other healing modalities such as ThetaHealing and EFT if guided in the session. While QHHT can only be carried out in a physical setting BQH can also be carried out online. The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technology is at the core for both healing modalities.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of ourselves that has been called The Higher Self, The Oversoul, even the Soul itself. Quantum Healing Hypnosis enables all people from any background, culture, religion or belief system to engage with the subconscious, since it resides beyond the conscious mind. Dolores’s term The Subconscious, which she later abbreviated to The SC, is that greater part of ourselves that is always connected to The Source, or God, and has unlimited knowledge and an unlimited ability to heal the physical body.
Sometimes mental and physical discomforts are rooted in trauma from past lives, parallel lives or other dimensions; sometimes they are connected to lessons being learned in a person’s present life. The SC reveals the cause and will assist according to any soul’s particular lessons. Quantum Healing Hypnosis focuses on a concept that the client will go to "the most appropriate time and place" to resolve any requests for healing or information.

Working with the SC
Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions involves getting an individual to the deepest possible level of hypnosis, somnambulistic or Theta condition. The Quantum Healing Hypnosis technology is a secure, integrated regression process that takes you into the deepest levels of your consciousness where you will find a strong compassionate support and understanding of your life. The most amazing thing about the Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions is that you are in control of the process.
Prior to the session I will ask you to draft a set of questions allowing you, with the help of Quantum Healing Hypnosis, to find answers and healing for various physical and emotional concerns, life events, life questions and decisions, spiritual development and guidance, soul insights, life purpose and past life regression. During this process of exploration, you gain incredible insight; putting pieces of the puzzle together which have been missing. Through this process, old blockages can be released and healing can occur on an emotional, spiritual, physical and mental level.

QHHT® | BQH Session
As a certified and an experienced energy practitioner, I use my knowledge and intuition to guide the session, delving into what is required to fully release blockages, to obtain complex answers when needed and gently coaxing the Conscious Mind to relax and become a curious observer.
Sessions generally range from 3-4 hours, however, this may be longer as we will take as much time as is necessary to obtain the answers you need.
Sessions are divided into 3 sections:
Section 1
This is the initial interview stage to establish your reasons for the session, understand your goals, obtain your history including significant life events/patterns and review your questions.
Section 2
The hypnosis session where you are gently guided into a naturally relaxed state of mind to activate Theta brain waves. While you are in this state, you will connect with your Higher Self which provides information about the most significant events/lifetimes. It will also offer advice and guidance for this lifetime. You may be fully aware of all that is said, some of what is said or have no recollection of the session. A recording of the session is always provided via a secure Google Drive link and you are welcome to bring a USB to take a copy with you after the session. It is an important piece of the process to listen to the session afterwards, so the information and healing can integrate with your awaken state. This part of the session is limited to approximately 1,5 hours.
Section 3
The post session discussion allows us to review the information that has been provided. At this point, we discuss the responses to your questions, the significance of information presented about past/future lifetimes and how it was influencing this lifetime, and finally, any guidance offered.
One session is generally all that is required. Should we, together with your SC, conclude there is more to unpack, a follow-on Quantum Healing Hypnosis session can be planned. A follow-on session can also be booked for ongoing integration work and coaching.
