Terms & Conditions

I AM Love and Lights aims to provide a high quality, independent Energy Healing services. Use of our services constitutes your understanding, agreement, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Payment

• The payment is for the services(s) you have selected. In exchange for this service, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of booking.

• All appointments require a prepayment fee via the online booking system, to secure a confirmed appointment with I AM Love & Light.

Fees - We provide independent complementary therapies, and our services are not covered by public or private medical insurance. Fees are per session, inclusive of consultation and treatment. Fees are charged for the service provided, not for the end results, which can and does vary per client. Some clients require more sessions than others to reach a similar end point.

Cancellation

• The service(s) must be paid at the time of booking and is only refundable with greater than 48 hours’ notice. With less than 48 hours’ notice, this payment is retained. Please note that any reasonable costs that have already been incurred by I AM Love & Light will not be refundable.

• To reschedule or cancel your appointment according to the above conditions you can send an email to salma@iam-loveandlight.com.

• A second cancellation of the appointment will result in the service(s) not being refundable.

• A third cancellation and/or No Show will give I AM Love & Light to discontinue the services with the client.

• Services are not transferrable to another person upon cancellation

Refunds

• Fees charged are for the service provided, which is inclusive of consultation and assessment, provision of information and advice. If a course of several sessions has been booked and paid for and the client decides not to complete all the sessions, 48 hours’ notice must be given, and any discount will be forfeited.

Results & Guarantees

• I AM Love & Light does not guarantee any results or make any health claims. 

• Results are dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to your commitment to the service, participation, existing health conditions.

• Any testimonials and examples are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

• I AM Love & Light does not provide medical, legal, investment or business advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

 

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service, factual, honest, and ethical advice, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the outcome achieved fails to meet your expectations.

Energy Healing removes negativity, balances the body’s energy, and supports the body to heal itself. It is non-invasive, safe, and always beneficial. However, the benefits may be experienced in different ways, or may not be perceived at all by some recipients. There are many factors that influence an individual’s experience, including personal beliefs, sensitivity to energy, openness to new concepts and the ability to practice relaxation.

Health

• In order to experience the full benefits of the Energy Healing Services, please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming any illegal drugs for at least 48 hours prior to the start of the service/event as this may affect your ability to participate. If this rule is violated, you will be asked to leave and/or end the session without a refund.

• I Am Love & Light does not claim to heal, treat, or cure any health conditions. You must continue to take any prescribed medication throughout the entire duration of the service(s).

• It is your responsibility to inform I Am Love & Light of any health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate on a service.

• If you have a health condition which will impact on your ability to participate on the course, I Am Love & Light may suggest an alternative method of contact or decline participation for your safety.

• Your mental state may be affected by the consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs, and it is not permitted at any time whilst you are on the course. I Am Love & Light reserves the right to cancel your session without a refund if you breach this requirement.

 

Force Majeure

• If, as a result of a force majeure, public emergency, restriction imposed by law or for any other cause beyond I AM Love & Light’s reasonable control, we are unable to provide services to you, I AM Love & Light’s shall not be in breach of this agreement but shall be authorised to substitute a reasonably satisfactory date and time to provide services.

• If no such time is available, the remainder of the fees due for any service(s) that have not yet been provided will be waived. 

• I AM Love & Light’s shall not be liable for inability to provide services or fulfil the agreement in those circumstances. 

 

Termination

• I AM Love & Light reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any point if we feel that you are being disruptive, are acting in breach of the law, or are in violation of this agreement. All fees will become payable by you upon termination of this agreement.

 

Confidentiality

• Confidential information refers to any data or information relating to you, whether business or personal: 

        – which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to you; 

        – that is not generally known, and;

        – where the release of that confidential information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to you. 

• I AM Love & Light agrees that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which we have obtained, except as authorised by you or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply for the duration of the service/event and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement.

• All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by you to I AM Love & Light under this agreement is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to, I AM Love & Light.

• Any information disclosed to you by other participants as part of the event/service must also remain confidential.

 

Photography and Filming 

• You consent to I AM Love & Light using photographs and/or video recordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote our services.

• You understand that these images may be used in print and digital media formats, including print publications, website, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, and teaching purposes.

• You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. 

• You can ask I AM Love & Light to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

 

Entire Agreement

• This Agreement is the entire agreement and understanding between I AM Love & Light and you and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding whether oral or written relating to this Agreement.
